An £18m investment by the University of Exeter for a new building for the Business School has been completed. This project has created additional world-class facilities for research, teaching, learning and social interaction. The expansion will help meet the considerable demand for places. Our Business School continues to go from strength to strength. It has the highest entry tariff in University and remains the top business school in the UK for student satisfaction. This is part of a £25m wider commitment to improving facilities and to complement our continuing growth as an internationally renowned business school and centre of research excellence.
World-class facilities
The Business School expansion provides world-class facilities for our students and staff.
This new flagship building offers the very latest in teaching and learning spaces.
It has been built with the environment in mind – it has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating of 76 per cent by using solar collectors to preheat water, harvesting rainwater to reduce water usage, sourcing recycled fabrics for furniture and supporting its surrounding ecology by providing bat and bird boxes, among others.
