Student consultation groups

The University is committed to working with students and the Students' Guild to minimise the disruption caused by the various building projects. We established student consultation groups as the residences projects got underway. These are open to students living in those areas and you can attend as many or as few as you choose. They're attended by University staff as well as contractors and a representative of the Guild also attends. The group looks through the construction programme for the coming few weeks and discusses any issues students may have, with a view to solving them wherever possible.

The first Lafrowda meeting was held in March 2010 as work got underway there. Chair of the group is Duncan Sandes, UoE Communications Officer. This coming term the meetings are being held on the second Wednesday of the month between 12-1pm. The venue will be announced in due course. He can be contacted at d.sandes@exeter.ac.uk

Students are reminded about the next meeting a few days beforehand but in the meantime can feedback to Duncan Sandes or via the Students' Guild.
