Birks Grange

“The UPP eco-residence model comes to Exeter providing high quality, sustainable residences for students.

A mix of modern enhanced, en-suite and standard rooms have been built at the Birks Grange site over a two-year period, and which has recently been completed. There are now beds for 832 people along with a new warden flat within the new residences, providing bright, modern and stylish accommodation.

Work started in June 2009 and the first phase was completed in September 2010. The project was officially finished in September 2011.

UPP is a specialist provider of services as well as building accommodation. Its trained staff will take over the day-to-day management of the accommodation.”
