Cornwall Advisory Board

The Cornwall Advisory Board, Chaired by Russell Seal (Chair of Council) provides the forum to enable representatives from the University to engage with the key constituencies in Cornwall from the public and private sectors, with the following aims:

To provide advice to the University’s governing body, Council, through the Chair, on developments in Cornwall.
To act as a forum for the discussion of Cornish issues which affect the University.
To allow for those based in Cornwall to hear about and discuss the University’s plans, and provide advice on how the University can contribute to Cornwall.
To allow for those responsible for the University’s strategic direction to hear about Cornish current affairs from its membership, drawn from key individuals based in Cornwall.
To meet twice a year, in October and April.
