The Lay Lead is Council member, Ms Bettina Rigg.
The Coordinator is Equality & Diversity Manager, Dorcas Cowan.

Dual Assurance for Equality & Diversity: Terms of Reference

To have a strategic overview of the University’s Equality and Diversity policies including the implementation of major new policies and policy initiatives.
To ensure that the University is aware of and fully compliant with all the current Equality and Diversity legislation.
To provide ongoing support and advice to the Equality and Diversity team.
