Human Resources

The management lead for HR is the Director of Human Resources, Stephen Cooper.

The lay lead is Ms Bettina Rigg.

The Dual Assurance Coordinator is the Assistant Director of Human Resources (Policy and Reward), Andrew Johnson

Dual Assurance for Human Resources: Terms of Reference

• To review the human resources strategy and policies of the University, including the implementation of major policy initiatives.
• To advise the Council of the University on the development and performance of the University’s HR strategy, programmes and policies, including agreeing processes for the effective monitoring of HR programmes.
• To be apprised of  any external factors which may impact upon HR management at the University of Exeter.
• To consider the equality and diversity implications of the University’s employment policies and practices.
