Infrastructure & Capital Programme

Under dual assurance, David Allen, Registrar and Deputy Chief Executive, and Peter Lacey, Pro-Chancellor are leading on the development of the University's Infrastructure Strategy and capital programme which encompass many individual projects across the Streatham, St Luke's and Cornwall campuses. Responsibilities in this area include the acquision and development of land, oversight of the planning of new buildings and refurbishments and the allocation of physical resources to Colleges and Professional Services. Recommendations are also made to Council on the naming of major University buildings.

Supporting the Leads is the Infrastructure Strategy Group comprising key professional colleagues. This group advises on the prioritisation of projects against the financial resources available and co-ordinates and monitors the progress of individual projects in the Strategy.

Jean Lloyd acts as co-ordinator for the dual assurance partnership and secretary to the Infrastructure Strategy Group.
