Senior Management Group
The Senior Management Group (SMG) advises the Vice-Chancellor on matters relating to the strategy and management of the University, considers key policy issues affecting the University and provides an informal forum for the exchange of ideas, opinions and good practice.
SMG meets twice a term. Its members include the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive, the Deputy Vice-Chancellors, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, Directors of Professional Services, Deans of Faculties, Deans of Colleges, College Managers, Associate Deans (Education), Associate Deans (Research) and the President and Chief Executive of the Students’ Guild.
