Governance

The University’s Council has responsibility for Corporate Social Responsibility and Stakeholder Management.  Both of these are delegated via our Dual Assurance system and there is a CR Dual Assurance group to lead on this work.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor for External Affairs leads on this work and produces an External Affairs Strategy, which incorporates actions designed to enhance our Corporate Social Responsibility. They are supported by a Lay lead from Council. Other groups such as Sustainability, Equality and Diversity, Sports and Staffing are required to produce annual reports for consideration.
