The diagram below lists all the activities we ask you to complete as part of your project. The progress you make through your project and these activities is all recorded on MyCareerZone, where you also have a portfolio space to keep all documents for your project.
The staff supporting you will also be able to see your progress on here so you don’t have to keep sending email updates. To start working through these activities, please complete the online registration form.

Benefits of taking part
Taking part not only allows students to lead on change and improvements to the educational experience at Exeter, but also to demonstrate and develop valuable skills for the workplace including:
- Project planning and management
- Contingency planning
- Networking and communication skills
- Negotiating and influencing
- Budget management (if your project uses funding)
- Leadership and people skills (if leading a project)
The project process is designed to help students identify, improve and demonstrate these skills, so that you have a clear insight into how your Change Agents project has advanced your development and employability.
