Feedback
AccessAbility welcomes feedback from all service users. We really value your comments and suggestions as we are always striving to improve what we offer. We seek feedback in a variety of ways:
- We send an evaluation questionnaire to students using our service each year asking about the support they have received in the year. The questionnaires are voluntary and anonymous, and all feedback received annually is summarised in our Annual Report.
- We would be pleased to receive feedback from you on any aspect of our delivery whether you are a student or not. If you wish to offer us feedback about our services then please email AccessAbility@exeter.ac.uk, or complete a postcard in the AccessAbility reception and post it in the feedback box.
We hope that you will feel your contact with the team is positive but, if not, we welcome comments that might help us improve our services. Furthermore, if you wish to make a complaint, you can do so in writing or in person to Hazel Went, AccessAbility Manager. Copies of our Complaints Procedure are available from reception or from any member of staff.
