Residence Receptions
Your residence reception is your first port of call if you have any questions about your room or need to report a maintenance issue. The reception may look after a number of residences in an area. Please see the tabs below to find the relevant contact details for your reception.
Emergency and out of hours contact
If you need support or have an urgent maintenance issue outside of your residence reception opening hours or in an emergency, please call our Campus Security team who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*. Campus Security deal with matters of security and safety and can also help with any issues relating to your residence, such as arranging for emergency repairs to be carried out or helping you to access your room if you are locked out.
The Campus Security contact telephone number is 01392 723999 – save this number into your phone now, in case you need it one day. Find out more on our residents information webpage.
