Please contact residence reception staff for housekeeping and maintenance matters (eg keys, accessibility, cleaning, damage, equipment failure). The office phone numbers given below are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The main reception points are open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday. Weekend opening times vary. Please contact the reception point for opening times if you are arriving mid term.
