Replacement evening meal request

If for academic, timetabling or society reasons, or if you have an unavoidable commitment and are unable to attend the dinner service you are welcome to use this form to request a replacement meal.

Should you find you are unable to attend a meal service other than dinner, it may be possible to make alternative arrangements for you. Please speak to a member of your halls catering team.

Terms & conditions

  • All replacement meal requests must be made by 10am on the day before (10am on Friday for a weekend or the following Monday) the meal is required.
  • Replacement dinners can be collected from your usual reception desk on the day required. Collection can be made between 8am and 10pm and not before the time you have requested above.
  • Your Hall Meal card is to be surrendered on collection of meal and will be reissued from the dining room at the next meal service.
  • Meals must be suitably stored and reheated as instructed.
  • A new form must be completed for each meal required to be replaced.
  • All items are subject to availability

Please note that our food is prepared in an area where it may come into contact with nuts. However if the item is known to contain nuts, that food item, in most cases will be labelled. Please therefore feel free to speak to a member of our dining room team should you have any concerns regarding this or any other dietary requirements.
