Entering your second, third or fourth year? There are lots of student accommodation options in Exeter for you.
Student accommodation after your first year
Don’t rush to arrange accommodation for your second year of study. Traditionally the house hunting period runs from January in preparation for the coming September.
Once you have signed an accommodation contract (and paid deposits where required) it is very difficult, and sometimes impossible, to reverse the decision.
You have lots of options open to you such as remaining in University accommodation, living in private sector student housing, using various letting agents in Exeter to find a student house or flat or renting a room with other large student accommodation providers.
You can apply for returners' accommodation for September 2013 from 15 January onwards.
