Undergraduates

1. If you wish to take advantage of and are eligible for the University's accommodation guarantee, you must apply online by 31 July. However, if Exeter is your firm choice, it is advisable to apply by the end of June in the year of entry.
2. If you are a deferred student arriving in September an early application is advisable and an offer of accommodation will be made around June/July.
3. If you will be taking a gap year in 2011-12 then please apply for accommodation in April of 2012 for accommodation in 2012-13.
4. If you have Exeter as your insurance or clearing choice, you will not be able to apply for accommodation until your University offer is confirmed. However, once it is, please visit the website to apply as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you a room but will do our best to offer you any accommodation that may be available.
5. We allocate accommodation after results are received and offers become Unconditional Firm with the University.
6. You only pay an accommodation deposit when you accept an offer of accommodation.
