East Park new development map

Please note, during the 2020/21 academic year, development works will be taking place in close proximity to some of our Lafrowda residences, Lopes Hall and Garden Hill House. The new East Park residence will provide 1,182 modern self-catered bedrooms and two laundries on the Streatham Campus. This development is split into two phases: the first phase will be ready in September 2020 and the second phase will be ready from September 2021.

Please note blocks in close proximity to the East Park development will not be eligible for a rent reduction.
