Facilities
Sports facilities
Use of the University's extensive sports facilities, which have seen an investment of £8 million in the last five years, is available to all alumni. There are different membership packages to suit all users. For more information about using the University's sports facilities and how to obtain alumni membership, please contact Exeter Sport.
Library Access
Use of the University's libraries is available to all alumni for a one-off 'membership for life' fee of £35. This entitles you to borrow up to four books at any one time and gives you access to most of the library's facilities and services. Access to the majority of library electronic resources is provided on a 'walk-in' basis at the Main Library and St Luke's Library (some restrictions apply). For more information and to apply online, please visit the Library website.
Conference Facilities
Recognised for excellent customer service, sustainability, business planning and accessibility, the University offers an impressive array of spaces suitable for a whole host of events, including drinks receptions, meetings and conferences. We can provide a full support service covering everything from IT equipment and support and excellent catering, to a tailored event management service incorporating online delegate registration. For more information about conference facilities at the University, contact Conferences directly on eventexeter@exeter.ac.uk or 01392 215566.
Ram and Lemmy Visits
If graduates want to visit the Lemmy and/or the Ram, they need to e-mail the following to ram@guild.ex.ac.uk: name, address and contact number of the person organising the visit, plus a list of any other graduates (including guests), and the year they graduated. The Guild will then put this list on the door so that security can check them off when they arrive. Entry cost is the door price at the Lemmy (£4 at the moment) but by having names on the list, alumni can bypass the queue.
