When I visited England in 2001 it was during the foot and mouth outbreak, which meant we were unable to visit our friends Tim and Leila who live on a farm. In the ensuing ten or so years, we unfortunately lost contact, but after I contacted the alumni team at the University we were reconnected. As a result we were able to spend a lovely Sunday afternoon catching up with our lost friends.

I also used the service to reconnect with John and Barbara, and had a wonderful reunion with them at their home. I am grateful to the University’s trace a friend service in allowing me to find old Exeter classmates. We are now hoping that our good friends from Exeter in "67-68 will come visit us in Maine, USA.
