What did you enjoy about your degree programme?

Its width and depth which allowed you to choose from a multitude of modules. In turn this enabled me to pick a particular path of studies which I really enjoyed as it was my choice rather than being narrowly directed down a certain type of module.

Tell us about the Exeter Award. What does this award mean to you?

The Exeter Award is both a beneficial and accommodating award as it not only furthers your development in the job hunt, it also works alongside your degree, without detracting from your studies.

The Award to me provides me with the confidence to know that I have learnt a skill set that will help me in every aspect of future life.

What has been the highlight of your time at Exeter?

One highlight is hard to pick out! But making friends, boxing club, interesting modules, falling in love with the girls on campus and the hidden gems in Exeter.

What will you miss the most about university?

University of Exeter Amateur Boxing Club.

What advice would you give to current and future students?

Explore Exeter and its surroundings. People often dismiss the city as being small and being able to see it in a day, whereas in fact my bucket list grew and grew each year! Dartmoor, Spitchwick, Rock Climbing, Canoeing, Double Locks, Exmoors, Exmouth ... There's loads to do.

What are your plans now that you have graduated?

Go to Mexico, start a boxing promotions company, boss it.
