An alumna's different approach to dieting

Alumna Janice Thomson thinks she has the right formula for keeping slim

“Most diet and fitness regimes tend to capture attention with quick results with no effort,” Janice (née Wilson, French & German 1972) says. “Morph Yourself Slim and Stay That Way takes a different approach to dieting.” Janice attempts to present a 12-month regime to help shake off bad habits for good and improve long-term lifestyle as well.

“The book is a reaction to the idea that change should happen fast and stay that way,” says Janice. “Often, the results can be temporary and sometimes even dangerous for your health.”  After her own bout of experimentation, Janice decided that the only way to diet effectively and stay on track was to get rid of the habits that kept creeping back, and the only way to do it was to ease into a programme step by step.

Janice has turned her approach into a book, designed to help others follow her example and stay healthy.
