New water filter created for pump international
Industrial and marine pump manufacturer Pump International developed a comprehensive plan to grow their product range, services and headcount by working with the University of Exeter’s Environment and Sustainability Institute (ESI).
There have been a number of engagements between Pump International and the ESI’s academics and business development staff, who have also linked them with other companies involved with sustainability.
Pump International are now part of an environmental cluster led by the ESI, which offers the opportunity to network with potential new suppliers, customers and partners.
The University’s Centre for Water Systems are also working with Pump International to develop a new water filter.
Pump International were keen to engage with the ESI in order to develop better products covering emergency and more strategic requirements, which provides aid agencies with a guarantee of success and excellent financial value.
