We actively seek accreditation by various standards bodies in order to assure our partners and staff of our systems and professionalism.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Our Research & Knowledge Transfer department and Estate Development Service are both accredited by the International Standards Organisation's ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring that our processes and procedures are regularly reviewed and subject to an annual ISO audit. Some of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 include:

• a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business
• monitoring processes to ensure they are effective; keeping adequate records
• checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary
• regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness
• facilitating continual improvement.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees are aware of quality and its impact on customer service. 

Investors in People

Investors in People (IIP) is a tried and tested way of making organisations more effective by focusing on the development and involvement of staff.  It creates systems to make sure staff get the right support to do their jobs well and to understand how their work contributes to the organisation's objectives
