Conference and event facilities

Our Exeter and Cornwall campuses have a wide range of high quality facilities available for businesses to hire, from corporate accommodation to flexible conferencing venues and top class sporting facilities.

Our portfolio of conference and events facilities is managed by Event Exeter. They include the grade II listed Reed Hall and recently opened Forum.

Event Exeter can offer: 

  • Meeting/function/exhibition rooms accommodating 10 to 1,400 people.
  • Multi-purpose business, meeting and exhibition spaces.
  • Comprehensive AV/IT resources with technical support if required.
  • Video conferencing.
  • A choice of dining rooms seating up to 600 for formal events.
  • Award-winning event catering.
  • More than 1,000 rooms, during university holiday periods, and some all-year round accommodation at the Streatham campus.

  • Hotel booking service.

We have more than 300 meeting rooms on campus, ranging from small breakout rooms to the Great Hall, seating up to 1,400 delegates. Event Exeter can work to your individual requirements, however complex they may be.
