Contact us
The Campus Services Help Desk is your one stop shop for requesting maintenance work, a porter or cleaner, the transportation of goods and purchasing your car parking permits. If you are on Tremough campus in Cornwall please visit the Tremough Campus Estates and Facilities Helpdesk website
All requests are prioritised when received by the Campus Services Help Desk and dealt with by the most appropriate supervisor or contractor. All jobs are allocated with a Task ID number (job reference number), which will be given to you for future reference.
Emergencies
If you wish to report a gas leak, no power to the whole building, major flooding or person trapped in lift please call the Campus Services Help Desk straight away on 01392 724552.
If you have an emergency maintenance request between 20.00 and 08.00 please contact the Estate Patrol Team on 01392 723999.
Fix it
For non emergency maintenance work please complete the ‘Fix it’ form. We will process your request and send you an email with a job reference number.
Move it
To arrange moving items between University buildings and/or campuses please complete the ‘Move it’ form. We will process your request and send you an email with a job reference number. Please allow 5 days for requests to be completed. If you would like work undertaken on a specific date, please state this when making your request.
Dispose it
To arrange the disposal of IT equipment, white goods and/or furniture please complete the ‘Dispose it’ form. We will process your request and send you an email with a job reference number. If you are requesting the disposal of IT equipment please ensure you quote the job reference number from the IT Help Desk.

Please use our IDT Query form with all your Campus Services Helpdesk Invoice queries.
