In order to sustain a culture of continuous improvement, in the provision of service excellence, Business Support offers a variety of customer and staff feedback mechanisms, internal audits, and bespoke Service Improvement Plans for Campus Services.

We aim to be innovative and creative in promoting new ideas and improvement suggestions in support of creating a world class student experience.

We also benchmark our internal mechanisms to measure our success by leading and delivering on a number of national quality accreditations, such as Customer First and Investors in People.
