We have pride in achieving the Customer First Standard, as we take seriously the need to deliver outstanding customer service to both our students and visitors.
In order to continually improve our service we follow the framework by:

- Providing quality customer care by requesting feedback on what we provide
- Identifying benefits that customers have gained from our services and where improvements can be made
We support Campus Services to meet and maintain service excellence, by offering a variety of customer feedback mechanisms, (in addition to centrally provided student surveys) to produce bespoke reports and improvement plans:
