Investors in People
In order for our Campus Services staff to deliver what they do so well, we also believe in meeting and maintaining the Investors in People Standard, which is a business improvement tool, based on staff feedback in respect of our overarching strategies in relation to:
- Business Planning
- Learning & Development
- People Management
- Leadership & Management
We support Campus Services by encouraging our staff to be open and honest, in order to contribute towards Service improvements by putting forward their own ideas and suggestions.
We collate this feedback for producing reports and improvement plans through a number of mechanisms.
