EDS is responsible for the planning, management and development of the University estate, and ensuring it is fit for purpose to meet the aims and objectives of the University.

The team includes specialists in construction project management, building surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction health and safety, space management, estate management and strategic planning.
