About us

The Estate Development Service (EDS) provides specilaist services to the University in the areas of:

  • Strategic planning,
  • Capital project delivery, and
  • Estate management.

EDS manages capital project delivery for all University projects that are over £25,000 in value or require management under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

Smaller projects plus planned and reactive maintenance are managed by Property Services.
