Information for staff

The University Reception Team receives a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis.  In order to help us provide the best possible service to our students and staff please:

  • Ensure your voicemail is activated and correctly set at all times.  You can find out how to do this via the IT services website.
  • Check your details are correct on Trent and the Staff Directory
  • Activate an out of office auto reply when you are on holiday
  • Inform IT Services of your extension number
  • Forward calls to a colleague when away from your desk
