Security Services are here to help and support you at all times.

The University of Exeter has extremely low crime levels and is a safe campus but you still need to remain alert and aware of your surroundings. The Security team will endeavour to maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors by remaining vigilant and acting proactively to minimise risks.

Security contact points

The security control room is open 24 hours a day and the team is available to deal with any security issues, lost property, and student welfare or for reporting incidents, accidents, alarms and any issue which requires an immediate response.

The Security team

Estate Patrol work 24/7 365 days a year providing and maintaining the security provisions for the University.  St Luke’s security provides the out of hours security cover for St Lukes and the outlying areas that are owned by the University.

Residence patrollers are available every night throughout the term to provide welfare support to students living within University accommodation and also to maintain a visible security presence.

The Parking Team manage the flow of traffic around campus and deal with any infringements of the parking regulations.
