Training courses

The Estate Patrol team have been delivering in house security courses and physical intervention courses to its staff for years and is now an Approved Centre of Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), the UK's fastest growing Awarding Body.  If you have any training needs or are looking at future development for your staff or yourself, our in house trainer would be happy to discuss them with you.  

We are also a Licensed Centre with The National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS), the UK's specialists in conflict risk management and personal safety training. The physical intervention courses that we run are ideal for staff working in schools, care homes, NHS hospitals, security or any customer facing role. 

The security department’s in house trainer is highly qualified with years of experience working in many varied customer facing roles, which he is able to draw on to deliver a wide variety of courses. His main role within the department is to manage a team of professional security officers, who are all trained in Door Supervision and Physical Intervention.
