With over 22 years of broad environmental consultancy, Mark Elton is one of the UK’s leading urban regeneration focused environmental consultants.  Having held both Director and Business Director roles, he has managed teams for some of the UK’s major environmental and engineering consultancies. His extensive network of both client connections and co-professionals across all sectors esp. property and private development and has an effective blend of both business development and technical skills. 


Mark has worked on broad range of urban development projects across both public and private sectors for residential, transport, retail, energy, leisure and health care clients. Recent experience across London includes, Royal Albert Docks, Battersea Power Station, Earls Court, 225 City Road, 22 Bishopsgate, Vauxhall Bondway and New Covent Garden Market. He also has international ESIA project experience in West Africa, Tanzania, UAE, Iran, Kazakhstan, Romania, Bahamas, Qatar, Ireland and the UK. As well as EIA/ESIA project management skills he also has technical strengths in strategic land acquisition and due diligence, sustainable development, landscape assessment, ecology, risk management and health impact assessment. 


Mark is used to managing large multi-disciplinary environmental teams, providing P&L accounts and feedback to board level. Line management and mentoring across all levels from graduates to senior technical directors. An initial background in health and safety and risk management combined with extensive project experience means an ability to provide clients with practical and innovative environmental and sustainable solutions on complex development projects.
