International work experience can catapult a graduate into a rewarding and challenging role

65% of graduate employers think that candidates with international work experience are more employable! Experience of working overseas and immersion in a different culture can catapult a graduate into being considered for a rewarding and challenging role.

Global employability skills such as  flexibility, adaptability, intercultural awareness, resilience and independence are all highly valued by employers and can make a real difference when job hunting.

Recruiters are looking for graduates to have experienced real-life work situations and started to have developed understanding of the commercial world before they apply for a job.
