Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
This 1-6 month EU programme is a unique way to:
- gain access to the European market and develop a business plan whilst working with an experienced entrepreneur
- exchange knowledge and business ideas within the sector of your choice
- gain access to crucial on the job training
- explore new markets and develop new business contacts.
Erasmus Young Entrepreneurs have got to grips with various industries and many have been able to set up their own businesses using the knowledge and skills gained during the programme.

Marisa Silva from Portugal spent one month with Spanish architect and entrepreneur Xavier Vilalta. Marisa learned about current architectural trends and new marketing strategies, while simultaneously deepening her understanding of human resources management. Xavier was deeply impressed by Marisa’s fresh innovative ideas, which he believed would bring added value to his business. |

Romain Viano from France spent 6 months in Italy with Marco Brini, owner of IT Company Minteos. While learning all the essential do’s and don’ts about setting up an IT company, Romain helped Marco grasp the dynamics of the French market. Romain has now started up his own IT business and Marco has offered Romain a business deal in exporting. |
Grant support
Erasmus support the Young Entrepreneurs with a grant to cover the costs of travel to and from the country of thr Host Entrepreneur and subsistence costs. There is a maxium amount for each country of stay.
