The University of Exeter Career Zone service is here to help you develop the employability skills and knowledge that our graduates need in today's competitve job market.
The earlier that you engage with the service and start thinking about your career the better, so take a look through this website and at The Exeter Careers Guide 2013 to find out how we can help. Our Career Timeline is designed to help give you an idea about what you should be doing and when to boost your employability thoughout your time here.
Your careers service
You can find us in the Career Zone located in the Forum on the Streatham Campus, or in the Career Zone based in The Compass on the Cornwall Campus. Feel free to pop in and say hello - our Information Team will be on-hand to talk to you about career research, finding jobs and internships, our programme of workshops and events and a whole range of career related topics.
Before you even arrive at Exeter you can sign up for and start using My Career Zone, our online system that allows you to search for jobs, sign-up for employability events, find volunteering and internship opportunities, book appointments with careers consultants and much more.
Need a job whilst studying?
You can use our online system My Career Zone to search for temporary, part-time and vacation work, either to help you make ends meet whilst you're studying or to gain skills for your future career.
