Executive liability and professional indemnity

Executive liability and professional indemnity covers proven legal liability for breach of professional duty by reason of a negligent act or accidental error or omission in teaching, research, consultancy or other situation where advice is given. 

The policy also provides cover in the event of an allegation of libel or slander.

The policy excess is £10,000.
