Travel and accommodation

Travel

For directions and maps, please use the Streatham Campus map. The Forum is building number three, and the Great Hall is building number one (located at the centre of the map).

Taxi

For transport in Exeter we recommend using Gemini Taxis (01392 666666).

Train

Exeter St David's serves as the main transport hub for Exeter, and is five minutes away from the University.

Car parking

Streatham Campus is operated on a pay and display basis. Please note that parking on campus is limited. We strongly advise using other forms of transport if possible.

Please contact us in advance if you intend to drive as we are able to reserve some spaces first-come, first-served.

Sustainable travel

At the University we strongly encourage sustainable activity and have recently invested significantly in cycling facilities and improved bus routes with Stagecoach. Both the H and D services stop on Streatham Campus.

Accommodation

We are able to offer favourable rates at several hotels based in Exeter, or would be happy to recommend hotels further afield if you wish to stay in Devon's beautiful countryside.

Please email us for a recommendation of local hotels and rates.

Extended stays

The Heart of Devon website is an excellent resource for any guests wishing to make the most of the weekend. There are a wide range of activities for all tastes in the South West, from exploring the beautiful Dartmoor countryside to visiting the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, the UK's 2012 Museum of the Year.
