Faculty Operations provides strategic leadership to academic teams and combines a unified service of administrative staff providing direct support to academic colleagues across faculty, institutes, disciplines and research groups. This includes:

• Directors of Faculty Operations and Director of Cornwall Operations as members of Faculty/Campus Executive Groups who help shape college/campus strategies and ensure their delivery.
• Senior Faculty Operations Officer Cornwall whose primary role is to lead the institutional Civic University Agreement and Community Engagement Strategy as well as act as the key relationship manager with external partners in Cornwall.
• Professional staff within institutes including the LSI manager and administrative staff within ESI.
• Arts and Culture team.
• Staff who provide direct administrative support to academic colleagues and ensure the smooth working of academic leadership teams

Together, staff from Faculty Operations support all strategic leadership in the University, enabling delivery of top level strategic priorities.
