All students have access to MyExeter – a student portal which is home to vital IT services that you’ll need throughout your time at Exeter. You can access MyExeter from any web-enabled computer in the world and get access to:
- messages specifically relevant to you
- email and calendar
- all documents saved to your own file space
- access to online learning facilities and teaching timetables
The Glasney Student Village halls of residence on the Penryn Campus are connected to our network, giving you access to all University resources and fast broadband access.
It’s not a problem if you don’t have your own computer – there are public-access PC ‘clusters’ on campus. There is also a Laptop Loan scheme available to students and staff on campus.
We have a dedicated IT Service desk that can help you with any queries – from support for the specific services offered by the University, to virus problems and internet access. We even run specific laptop clinics to help you get your own laptop working with our system. To contact the Service Desk:
Phone: 01326 213822 Text no: 07511 398329 and start your text with SD
Further details of IT support for the Penryn Campus are available on the FX Plus website.
