Recent service improvements we have made as a result of receiving your feedback:

  • Provided students with access to personal timetables via My Exeter
  • Invested in Falmouth University's contemporary public performance programme, featuring at least 40 performances per year, to enhance the cultural experience on campus for University of Exeter students
  • Supported the “Follow Me Printer” scheme to enable students to print anywhere on campus
  • Provided transport to large cultural events on Streatham Campus including Diwali and Chinese New Year
  • Significantly reduced the number of ‘all-student’ emails sent to students on Penryn Campus, ensuring more targeted and relevant information
  • Provided international students with a ‘Meet and Greet’ service from Heathrow airport to Penryn Campus during arrivals weekend
  • Set up a mentoring scheme to support students and reduce anxieties pre-arrival and during their first weeks on campus
  • Introduced 19 new PCs to boost resources in Exeter-dedicated IT clusters
  • Supported student applications to the Annual Fund for finances to develop societies on campus - as a result of this both the Bee Soc and St John's successfully received funding for equipment and development
  • Professional and Career Development Loan forms now processed on-campus while you wait
  • Improved Gowning services, including a longer collection period on the Sunday, resulted in shorter queues on Graduation Day
  • Introduction of an 'Important Today' noticeboard for exams sessions
