As part of a strategy to strengthen the School of Law and increase the value of our degrees, the LLB in Cornwall will move to the Streatham Campus in Exeter from 2013. The aim is to concentrate the teaching expertise and research resources of both campuses in one location, improving module choice across the School and enhancing the student experience.
Students who joined us on the LLB programme in 2011 will spend their first and second years in Cornwall and final year at the Streatham Campus.
Joint Honours students who joined us in 2011 will remain at the Cornwall Campus for the duration of their studies where they will benefit from a programme aligned to the new Environment and Sustainability Institute. This will give Law in Cornwall a distinctive and original environmental focus and is part of a wider engagement with the environment, which is a feature of the Cornwall Campus. From 2012, Undergraduate Law in Cornwall will be offered through our Flexible Combined Honours (FCH) programme where it will continue to be aligned to the research themes of the new Environment and Sustainability Institute. Please note that neither the Joint Honours with Law nor FCH (including Law) programmes are qualifying Law degrees.
