What happens to your data when you submit a Student Information Desk (SID) online enquiry?

When submitting an enquiry through the Student Information Desk online your enquiry may be shared between the following University of Exeter departments, this is to ensure efficient resolution of your enquiry: AccessAbility, Academic Skills Development, Accommodation, Employability and Graduate Development, Multi-faith Chaplaincy, International Student Support, The IT Help Desk, Registry Services, Finance Services and Wellbeing.   

 

Confidentiality

If your enquiry relates to any of the following services, once accepted by that department it will be kept confidentially within that service unless you consent to your information being shared with another service: Finance Services, AccessAbility, Academic Skills Development, Multi-faith Chaplaincy, Wellbeing (in accordance with the Wellbeing confidentiality statement: http://as.exeter.ac.uk/support/counselling/confidentiality/ ) or an academic matter within your College.

 

Guild Advice Unit

Enquiries which relate to support and services provided by the Guild may be passed to the Guild Advice Unit.
