What happens to your data when you submit a SID online enquiry?

When submitting an enquiry through SID your enquiry may be shared between the following student support departments: AccessAbility, Academic Skills Development, Accommodation, Employability and Graduate Development, International Student Support, Multi-faith Chaplaincy, International Student Support, Exeter IT, Registry Services, Finance Services, the Library, Wellbeing and your College. This will ensure efficient resolution of your enquiry.

Confidentiality

If your enquiry relates to any of the following services, once accepted by that department it will be kept confidentially within that service unless you consent to your information being shared with another service: Finance Services, AccessAbility, Academic Skills Development, International Student Support, Multi-faith Chaplaincy, Wellbeing (in accordance with the Wellbeing confidentiality statement: http://as.exeter.ac.uk/support/counselling/confidentiality/ ) or an academic matter within your College.

Guild Advice Unit

Enquiries which relate to support and services provided by the Guild may be passed to the Guild Advice Unit.
