We bring together communications across the University to promote our world leading research, education and student experience. If you need help with communicating messages to staff or students, advice on digital communications, or support with promoting your research to gain maximum impact, we can help.
We are responsible for creative marketing activity; we make ideas happen and deliver products that engage our staff, students, alumni and stakeholders. We provide advice on using the University brand, produce creative design for campaign materials, guidance on delivering a high quality event or provide you with market insight by conducting surveys, focus groups and secondary research. Our purpose is to understand the needs of students and customers and to help the University to make good business and investment decisions using customer and market data. We work closely with colleges and colleagues in the Education and Student Experience Service to produce marketing strategies and deliver tactical campaigns.
