Amanda is the Impact and Partnership Development Manager for Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing. She is a practiced partnership manager with experience working between academic and business cultures as well as globally in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Amanda is solutions focused. She is passionate about ensuring research has real-world impacts and enabling businesses to reach their goals.
Amanda engages with several sectors/research groups including, but not limited to:
- Energy: generation (rewewables), storage (batteries, hydrogen), transmission, policy, and hybridisation/electrification.
- Materials: polymers, composites, auxetics, graphene, manufacture, recycling/CE.
- Vibration Engineering & Simulators
