Overview
I am the Impact and Partnership Development Manager for the South West Institute of Technology (SWIoT). The partnership brings together five local FE colleges and the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth to grow and develop talent in the South West in the areas of computer science: digital technologies, data science, AI and engineering. Local employers drive the learning provision and together we train and upskill apprentices across the region and beyond. I work with partner colleges, academics in the University of Exeter, employers and stakeholders to ensure we reach our goals and increase numbers and diversity on our degree apprenticeship programmes in Data Science and Digital and Technology Solutions.
Prior to my current role, I was the Employability and Student Engagement Manager in the College of Social Sciences and International Studies. I joined the University of Exeter in 2008.
