Professional Services Improvements
Professional Services Improvements (PSI) is an initiative that will;
- Provide UoE with tools, templates, people and mechanisms to continually improve so that managers are able to embed this into teams ways of working
- Identify ideas for improvement during a focused ideas identification period
- Rationalise improvement ideas to be taken forward driven by benefits
- Deliver change through projects, programmes, a portfolio of initiatives or as business as usual (delivered locally through managers) as appropriate
The team working on this initiative are Kitty Mann and Alex Bremner from the Strategic Delivery Unit.
