International Women’s Day Event with Mandy McBain MBE: 9 March 2016

In celebration of International Women's Day 2016, the University will be hosting a guest talk with one of our Honorary Graduates of 2016, Mandy McBain. The talk will take place on Wednesday 9 March, 11:00 at Streatham Court 0.28, Streatham Campus, Exeter.

Mandy is a Client Account Manager for Stonewall, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans Equality Charity.

She was awarded an MBE in the 2012 New Year Honours list for her contributions to the inclusivity agenda for the Naval Service and developed the first Naval Service Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Forum which received formal recognition in the Service and helped to develop other minority networks which remain today.
