Poster Competition

Applications for Poster Competition are open, and will close at 5pm on Monday 20 May 2024. Please note we are unable to accept applications after the deadline.

Our Research Poster competition is one of the highlights of the University calendar, showcasing the leading postgraduate research from across the institution. One of the key aims of the poster competition is to challenge PGRs to communicate and disseminate their research to a lay audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for PGRs to practice various skills such as communication, written, presentation and creativity skills. This can be a chance to practice showcasing your research in preparation for conference attendance and participation.

Entrants are not expected to stand by their poster for the duration of the competition. The posters will be on display for those around campus to visit and enjoy. Entrants won't be presenting their research to an audience.  All judging will be based on the poster itself and your ability to present your research in this format.

Research Showcase poster display at Streatham Campus will take place Monday 10 June - Thursday 13 June 2024; posters will be displayed in the Forum. The date and venue of the Penryn Campus poster display will be during Monday 1 July - Friday 5 July 2024 in the Social Street, Exchange Building.
